Subscriptions and billing

• In RAiDAR, open Settings to restore purchases or open Apple's Manage Subscription sheet.
• Use Redeem Code to open Apple's offer-code redemption sheet.
• Apple processes payments and refund requests. RAiDAR Labs never receives your card details or Apple ID.

Gift offer codes

• RAiDAR may issue Apple subscription offer codes for one or three months of free access. These gifts end without a charge or automatic renewal.
• Eligibility, territory, code expiration, and redemption limits are set for each offer. A code may be unavailable if it is expired, already used, unsupported in your storefront, or your subscription status is not eligible.
• Open the Apple redemption link you received, or use Redeem Code in RAiDAR to open Apple's sheet. You can also redeem a code through the App Store.
• If redemption fails, confirm you are online and signed into the intended Apple Account, then try Restore Purchases. If access still does not update, email the code's offer name and the message Apple displayed. Do not email your Apple Account password.

Recordings and storage

• Pitch recordings and measurements stay in RAiDAR's local app storage unless you choose to export a video.
• Deleted recording files can remain in Recently Deleted for up to seven days. You can empty it sooner in Recording Storage.
• Videos exported to Photos remain there until you delete them from Photos.

Getting a good reading

Follow the in-app setup guide, keep the phone stable, frame the full pitch path, and use the best available light. If RAiDAR does not return a result, tell us the device model, lighting, camera position, and any message shown in the app.
