RAIDAR LABS LLC ("RAiDAR Labs," "we," "our," or "us") operates the RAiDAR mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

The short version: almost nothing.

RAiDAR is designed with privacy at its core. All video recording, baseball detection, and velocity calculations happen entirely on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your videos, pitch data, or personal information on any server.

Specifically:

• Video recordings — Stored locally on your device only. Never uploaded to our servers.
• Pitch velocity data — Calculated and stored on-device using Core ML. Never transmitted externally.
• Session data — All session history and pitch records remain on your device.
• Camera access — Required to record pitches. Video data is processed locally and never shared.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect:

• Names, email addresses, or account information (no account is required)
• Location data
• Device identifiers for tracking purposes
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Video or image content

3. Third-Party Services

RAiDAR does not integrate with third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not share any data with third parties because we do not collect any data to share.

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store, which is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data generated by RAiDAR (videos, pitch measurements, session records) is stored locally on your device using iOS's built-in data management frameworks. This data is protected by your device's security features, including device encryption and passcode protection.

If you delete the App, all associated data on your device is removed.

5. Children's Privacy

RAiDAR does not collect personal information from any users, including children under the age of 13. Because all data stays on-device and no accounts or personal information are required, the App is safe for users of all ages.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
