RAIDAR LABS LLC ("RAiDAR Labs," "we," "our," or "us") operates the RAiDAR mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

The short version: almost nothing.

RAiDAR is designed with privacy at its core. All video recording, baseball detection, and velocity calculations happen entirely on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your videos, pitch data, or personal information on any server.

Specifically:

• Video recordings — Stored locally on your device only. Never uploaded to our servers.
• Pitch velocity data — Calculated and stored on-device using Core ML. Never transmitted externally.
• Session data — All session history and pitch records remain on your device.
• Camera access — Required to record pitches. Video data is processed locally and never shared.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect:

• Names, email addresses, or account information (no account is required)
• Location data
• Device identifiers for tracking purposes
• Behavioral analytics or usage tracking beyond subscription status (see Section 3)
• Video or image content

3. Subscription Data

The App includes an auto-renewing subscription to RAiDAR Pro. When you start a free trial, subscribe, restore a prior purchase, or redeem a promo or offer code, limited data is processed to verify your subscription status:

• Apple StoreKit — Your purchase is processed by Apple. Apple handles all payment information and provides RAiDAR with a cryptographically-signed transaction receipt. RAiDAR Labs does not receive your payment details, name, email, or Apple ID.
• RevenueCat — We use RevenueCat as our subscription management provider. RevenueCat receives your transaction receipt from Apple along with an anonymous, randomly-generated identifier unique to your installation of the App. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, Apple ID, or any other personal identifier, and the anonymous identifier cannot be used to identify you outside of your RAiDAR install.

Subscription data is used solely to determine whether your subscription is active. It is not used for advertising, behavioral analytics, or any other purpose.

4. Other Third-Party Services

Apart from Apple StoreKit and RevenueCat (described in Section 3), RAiDAR does not integrate with third-party analytics, advertising, or behavioral tracking services. Your videos and pitch data are never transmitted to any third party.

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store, which is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Storage and Security

All data generated by RAiDAR (videos, pitch measurements, session records) is stored locally on your device using iOS's built-in data management frameworks. This data is protected by your device's security features, including device encryption and passcode protection.

If you delete the App, all associated data on your device is removed.

6. Children's Privacy

RAiDAR does not collect personal information from any users, including children under the age of 13. Because all data stays on-device and no accounts or personal information are required, the App is safe for users of all ages.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
